In what is likely the largest monetary settlement in a trade secrets and employee raid claim in Connecticut, Mr. Minchella’s client, a leading dental implant manufacturer, received a 2 million dollar payment from its competitor, which had hired away the dental implant manufacturer’s employees despite the existence of non-competition agreements. The settlement was reached weeks before jury selection was to begin.
